Using a balanced mix of theory and practical exercises, MX-ONE™ V.4.0 Telephony Server course covers the following aspects:
• Manual installation of Telephony System hardware and software
• Introduction and use of Manager Provisioning and Manager Telephony System
• Licensing
• Configuration of legacy and IP-based (H.323 and SIP) extensions and routes
• Configuration of operator media device, call information logging, and recorded voice announcements
